At Vintage Darling Jewellery, your confidence and peace of mind are our top priority. Every piece we sell — antique, vintage, modern, or preloved — is carefully inspected, professionally cleaned, and authenticated.

Below is our full warranty policy.

Warranty Coverage:
We will repair the item free of charge within the first 3 months of purchase.
If a repair is not possible, a full refund will be issued on the same day the item is returned back to us.

If an unexpected issue with your jewellery needs attention and you are within the warranty period, please visit our Contact Us page to get in touch, and we will respond without delay.

What’s Not Covered:
To keep things fair, our warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by impact (knocks, drops, or pressure)
General wear and tear
Tarnishing (which is normal for silver and vintage metals)
Damage caused by another jeweller
Lost stones caused by accidental impact
Loss or theft of the item

Delivery & Packaging Guarantee:
Every order is shipped with:

Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery
Full tracking and insurance
Signature required on delivery

Each order is presented in an elegant, brand-new jewellery box, or the original box where available.

The original certificate and/or valuation will be included where available.

As most vintage and antique pieces have lost their original paperwork over time, your jewellery will instead be supplied with our own certificate of authenticity if the original is not available.

If your parcel is confirmed lost or damaged during transit, we will handle the claim immediately and issue a full refund.
