UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully tracked, insured, and guaranteed for next-working-day delivery.

UK delivery is completely free, with no hidden charges.

If your item does not require resizing, it will be dispatched the next working day.
Items requiring resizing are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via tracked, insured services.

Worldwide delivery cost: £10.50

Delivery times vary by country but typically arrive within 5–12 working days.

Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

Dispatch Times

  • Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched the next working day

  • Resizing required: Usually dispatched within 1–3 working days

  • If there is any issue or delay with resizing, we will contact you immediately

Tracking Information

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.

All parcels are fully insured during transit.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged in a high-quality jewellery gift box. When available, we may also include:

  • The original vintage box,

  • A designer box appropriate to the item, or

  • A brand-new ring box

Lost or Delayed Parcels

In the rare event that a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist the carrier in resolving the issue.

If the courier confirms a parcel is lost, you will receive a full refund.
