Can my ring be resized?
Most rings can be resized.
If a ring cannot be resized, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
Resizing usually takes 3–5 working days.
If we’re unable to resize your ring for any reason, we’ll contact you straight away and issue a full refund immediately.
How much does ring resizing usually cost in the United Kingdom?
Most UK high-street jewellers charge between £60–£80 to resize a solid gold ring by one size, and £95–£150 for solid white gold once rhodium plating is included.
For platinum, due to the specialist skills and equipment required, resizing typically costs £100–£200 or more for a basic adjustment, depending on the jeweller and complexity.
Palladium resizing is less commonly quoted but often falls within a similar range to platinum, with prices typically around £70–£150+, depending on the style and size change required.
More complex resizing — such as adjustments exceeding two sizes or rings with intricate designs and settings — can cost £200–£350+, with additional charges often applied for plating, specialist labour, and insured return postage.
What do we charge for resizing?
We offer complimentary resizing for up to two sizes up or down on eligible rings.
If a larger size adjustment is required, a fixed £50 fee applies.
This price includes rhodium plating (where necessary) and return delivery, ensuring no hidden or unexpected costs.
Is your jewellery genuine?
Yes, always.
All of our jewellery is authentic, genuine, and professionally inspected. We do not sell costume jewellery.
Our pieces are crafted in high-quality platinum, gold, or palladium.
We don’t usually sell silver, but may occasionally do so if it is a designer piece or features silver with gold elements.
Most antique and vintage jewellery no longer has original paperwork due to age. Where this is unavailable, your jewellery will include modern certification from us, and we are happy to provide a free approximate valuation.
Every item is professionally tested before being listed, and we have over 17 years of experience in the jewellery trade.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, returns are always accepted.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
This applies to both UK and international customers.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including the gift box and any certificates or paperwork.
