When will I receive my order?
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery and arrive the next working day once dispatched.
If your item does not require resizing, it is usually posted the next working day.
International orders are tracked and insured (£10.50) and normally arrive within 5–12 working days.
Can my ring be resized?
Most rings can be resized. If a ring cannot be resized, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Resizing typically takes 1–3 working days. If resizing is not possible for any reason, we will contact you and issue a refund immediately.
Is your jewellery genuine?
Yes - all jewellery we sell is authentic, genuine and professionally inspected.
If any paperwork or certificates are included, this will be stated on the product page.
We also offer a 100% no-questions-asked return policy for complete peace of mind.
Do you accept returns?
Yes - returns are always accepted. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it (30 days for international customers).
Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, including the gift box.

How will my item be packaged?
Your jewellery will arrive in a beautiful gift box. When available, we may include:
