Condition
All jewellery is professionally cleaned and polished to look as beautiful as possible.
As many of our pieces are vintage or antique, gentle signs of age may still be visible. These subtle characteristics are part of each piece’s charm and uniqueness.
If there are any cosmetic flaws, these will always be clearly stated on the product page.
Packaging
Every item is sent in a beautiful, brand-new jewellery gift box.
If available, your item may arrive in its original box.
All packaging is discreet to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.
Certificates
If an item includes any original paperwork, grading certificates, or supporting documents, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
If there is no mention of certificates, please assume the originals are not included. However, you will still receive certification from us regardless of whether original documents are available.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are always accepted with no questions asked.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This applies to both UK and international customers.
To be eligible for a return, jewellery must be in the same condition you received it in, including the original gift box and any accompanying paperwork.
Once your jewellery has arrived back with us, your refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirming when your refund has been processed.
Ring Sizing
Most rings can be resized to fit your finger. If a ring cannot be resized, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Resizing typically takes around 3–5 working days.
If, for any reason, your jewellery cannot be resized, we will contact you straight away and issue a full refund immediately.
