Ring Sizing
Most of our rings can be resized to fit any finger. If a ring cannot be resized, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Re-sizing usually takes just a couple of days.
If you do not require a resize, your jewellery will be dispatched the next working day.
If, for any reason, your jewellery cannot be resized, we will contact you and issue an immediate refund.
Condition
All of our jewellery is professionally cleaned and polished to look as beautiful as possible.
However, as many pieces are vintage or antique, gentle signs of age may still be visible.
These subtle characteristics are part of their charm and uniqueness.
Packaging
Every item is sent in a high-quality jewellery gift box.
In some cases, we may also provide:

the original vintage box the item came in,

a designer box that matches the brand or style, or

a brand-new ring box,
Depending on availability and suitability.
Certificates
If an item includes any paperwork, grading certificates, or supporting documents, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
If there is no mention of certificates, please assume they are not included.
We guarantee that all items are authentic and genuine. If you are ever unsatisfied, we offer a 100% no-questions-asked return policy.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are always accepted with no questions asked.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
International customers have 30 days to return their item.
To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be in the same condition you received it in, along with the original gift box.
Once your jewellery is returned to us, your refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.
