We hope you love your new piece of jewellery. If you would like to return your order for any reason, we are here to help.

UK Returns

You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

International Returns

International customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us via live chat, email, or through the Returns page on our website.
We aim to respond quickly and guide you through the simple process.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition as received

  • Not altered, resized or modified after purchase

  • Returned in its original gift box/packaging

  • Returned with any included documents, certificates or reports

This ensures each unique item can be safely re-listed for another customer.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of antique and fine jewellery, the following cannot be returned:

  • Rings that have been resized after purchase

  • Custom-made or bespoke items

  • Engraved items

  • Sale or discounted items (if marked as non-returnable)

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

For your protection, all returns must be sent using tracked and fully insured shipping, especially for high-value jewellery.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

(We can advise the best method based on your location.)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note:

  • Your original shipping cost (if any) is not refundable

  • We do not offer refunds for items not returned in their original condition


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for something else, please contact us — we are happy to assist.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
We will resolve this quickly and cover all return shipping where applicable.

Each piece is carefully inspected, graded, tested and professionally cleaned before sale.
