We hope you love your new piece of jewellery. If you would like to return your order for any reason, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. This applies to both UK and international customers.
To request a return, please visit our Contact Us page to get in touch, and we will process your request without delay.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and in the same condition as received
(Trying a ring on briefly does not count as wear) -
Not altered, resized, or modified by another jeweller after purchase

Returned in its original gift box or packaging

Returned with any included documents, certificates, or reports
This ensures each unique item can be safely re-listed for another customer.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to the nature of antique and fine jewellery, the following items cannot be returned:

Rings that have been resized or altered in any way after purchase by a third party

Sale or discounted items where marked as non-returnable

Items that have been damaged after delivery

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
For your protection, all returns must be sent using a fully tracked and insured service, particularly for high-value jewellery.
We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the same working day the item is received back with us.
We do not offer refunds for items that are not returned in their original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs.
Where applicable, we will resolve the issue immediately and cover all return shipping costs.
Returns & Hygiene Assurance
Returns are always accepted, including on earrings and other items that require specialist cleaning after being tried on.
For hygiene and customer safety, all returned jewellery is subjected to our full professional cleaning, polishing, and sterilisation process before being offered for sale again. This ensures every piece meets our strict hygiene and presentation standards for the next customer.
We take great care to ensure that every item you receive is immaculately prepared, hygienic, and ready to wear, providing complete peace of mind when purchasing pre-loved fine jewellery.
