When will i receive my order?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail special next day delivery, so if you order from us before 3pm, you shall receive your jewellery the very next working day before 1pm. If you order after 3pm your jewellery will be with you in 2 working day's. 

If you have requested sizing, your jewellery will be with you within 3-5 working day's. 

For international deliveries, please expect a wait time of 10-14 working day's with Royal Mail international tracked and signed for.

 

Is everything second hand? do they look used?

Most of our jewellery are pre-loved, however they have been professionally cleaned & polished to look brand new again so it would be difficult to notice they had been worn before. If a particular piece has wear that cannot be polished out we will state this in the listing. 

How do i request sizing?

Once you have added your jewellery to your basket please go to the checkout where you will see a "note section". Simply type in the size you require, which our goldsmith will see on your order.

If the size you have requested cannot be completed, you shall be refunded and contacted immediately, although this is very rare! 

All sizing is FREE! there is no charge for this service 

 

If i have a ring sized and don't like it, can i return it?

Yes! We accept all returns with no questions asked, regardless of whether it has been sized or not. However, if you have requested a very small or very large ring size (over 5 sizes up or down) we will contact you to let you know it may not be returnable, it depends on the ring and whether it can be sized again but we will let you know.

Another option is to buy your jewellery "as it is" and if you like it you can send it directly to our goldsmith to have it sized, completely free of charge. Just pop a note in your order to say you would like it sizing later and we will send our goldsmiths details in your package. 

 

How long do i have to return my jewellery?

You have 14 days from receiving your jewellery to request a return. To return your jewellery, simply send us an email or go onto our live chat option on our website to let us know. 

You do not need to tell us why you are returning your jewellery and we certainly won't ask, however if there is anything wrong with your jewellery then please let us know. 

 

Will my jewellery be gift wrapped?

Yes! All of our pieces are sent out in a brand new ring box or vintage box (if stated on the listing), gift bag, jewellery presentation card and securely packaged.

Most of our orders are gifts so we never put invoices in the package and everything is sent in a way so no one would know what is inside. Our company name is not printed on the outside packaging.  

My jewellery has broken after the 14 day returns policy is there anything you can do?

If in a rare case that your jewellery has possibly lost a small gemstone or a clasp has broken or any other fault at all, we will fix this for you at no cost to yourself. Your jewellery is guaranteed for 4 months after your purchase. After this time has passed we can still fix your jewellery for you at a discounted cost but there will be a small charge. 

What is the quality of the Gemstones you sell?

We handpick specific items that are only of the finest quality. We don't sell man-made or enhanced Diamonds. We only sell earth mined, natural Diamonds that are free from enhancements and treatments. 

We also only sell natural Gemstones, however on occasion we do sell some synthetic Gemstone jewellery pieces but only those with a heavy gold weight or if they are antique and we will state in the listing if the gemstone is synthetic. 

Our Diamonds range from internally flawless to SI2. We very rarely sell included Diamonds, again the piece would have to have a heavy gold weight or a special piece. If a Diamond does have inclusions we will always state this in our listings, which is rare! Not many jewellers do this! 

Who assesses the jewellery? Will they come with certificates?

Every item of jewellery is assessed carefully by our goldsmith and we also work with E.D.R European Diamonds in Hatton Gardens. Most of our jewellery either come's with their original paperwork or a brand new E.D.R certificate. 

Some pieces don't come with official paperwork but you will receive a gift card with details of the piece you have purchased. 

If the listing does not show a certificate then please assume that piece does not have one.
