A fabulous natural round mixed-cut sapphire, complemented by two natural round brilliant-cut diamonds set to either side.
Dating to approximately the late 1990s.
Professionally cleaned & polished & presented in a brand new ring box.
Setting & Design: The central sapphire is secured in a modern open (partial) bezel setting, where the stone is held by a shaped metal collar that nearly encircles it. Intentional openings at the top and bottom of the bezel allow additional light to enter the sapphire while maintaining the security and clean lines of a bezel-set design.
The two natural diamonds are prong-set with two claws each, integrated neatly into the shoulders of the ring.
The original hallmarks are believed to have worn away over time due to age. The metal has been professionally tested and confirmed as solid 9ct white gold.
