One natural corundum Ruby, complimented by six brilliant cut Diamonds, all held on a platinum setting with an 18ct gold shank which is still nice and thick with clear hallmarks, almost like it has never been worn.
The gemstones are all prong set and are secure in their settings.
The Ruby is a little chipped at the top but this is hard to see without magnification.
