Ring Sizing

Most of our rings can be sized to any finger. We will state in the product description if the ring cannot be resized.

Re-sizing will take just a couple of day's. 

If you do not require a resize then your jewellery will be with you the next working day.

If for any reason your jewellery cannot be resized you will be refunded immediately and contacted.

 

Condition 

Our jewellery is professionally cleaned & polished to them look brand new again, however there still may be some signs of wear due to age.

 

Packaging

We send all items in a jewellery gift box. Occasionally, we have the original box the item came in, a designer box to match the item or a brand new ring box.

 

Certificates

We will state on the product page if the item comes with supporting paperwork or certificates. If there is no mention, then please assume that we do not have any paperwork or certificates. We guarantee all items are authentic and genuine, and if for any reason you are unsatisfied we have a 100% return policy.

 

Returns and refunds

Returns are always accepted with no questions asked.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and with the original gift box.

For international returns you have 30 days to return your item

Once we receive the jewellery back you will be refunded immediately
