We understand that customers may be wary of purchasing high-value items online, and you can shop with confidence knowing that we are fully responsible for your order while it is in transit. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, you will receive a full refund without delay.
Issues with delivery, both within the UK and internationally, are extremely rare.

Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched the same working day if placed before 3pm.
If you have requested resizing, your order will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.
If there is any issue or delay with resizing, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund if the resizing cannot be completed for an unexpected reason.
Tracking Information
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.
All parcels are fully insured during transit.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packaged in a brand-new, high-quality jewellery gift box.
If available, we will also include the original vintage box or a designer box appropriate to the item.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
In the rare event that a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist the carrier in resolving the issue.
If the courier confirms a parcel is lost, you will receive a full refund immediately, without delay.
