We reserve the right to update prices, correct errors, and modify or discontinue products at any time. If we must cancel an order due to a stock issue or error, you will be refunded immediately.

5. Order Acceptance

Your order is accepted once payment is successfully processed.
You will receive an email confirming your purchase, followed by tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • The item is no longer available

  • Information provided during checkout is incomplete or inaccurate

6. Shipping

We offer free next-day tracked and insured delivery within the UK, and international tracked delivery at the rates shown at checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

We happily accept returns with no questions asked.

  • UK returns: 14 days

  • International returns: 30 days

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as sent, with the original gift box

  • Return postage is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty

Refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of the item.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, contact, and shipping information.
We reserve the right to cancel orders placed with incorrect or incomplete details.
