Ring Size Guide
Choosing the correct ring size online can feel daunting — we completely understand. That’s why we offer a professional resizing service wherever it is safe and suitable to do so, with clear guidance and friendly support throughout the process.
How many sizes is considered safe?
As a general guideline, most rings can be resized safely within up to 2 UK sizes up or down. Many rings can also be adjusted up to 3 sizes, depending on the ring’s design, metal, setting, and overall condition.
If you require more than 3 sizes, please contact us before ordering. In some cases, larger adjustments can still be carried out safely, but this must always be assessed on an individual basis to ensure the long-term integrity of the ring.
Resizing costs
We offer complimentary resizing wherever it is safe and suitable to do so. There are no resizing charges.
Our priority is always to ensure that any resizing work maintains the strength, balance, and appearance of the ring.

If you were to resize a ring elsewhere, most UK jewellers charge approximately £50–£300 depending on the metal, design, and complexity of the work. White gold resizing may cost more if rhodium plating is required after resizing.
By offering complimentary resizing where safe and appropriate, we aim to remove these additional costs and make buying fine jewellery online as easy and reassuring as possible.
Returns on resized rings
We are happy to accept returns on resized rings because we want you to feel confident when purchasing jewellery online.
The only time a return may not be possible is where a sizing request is highly unusual and would make the ring very difficult for us to re-sell. If we feel this may apply, we will always discuss it with you before any resizing work is carried out.
In plain English: if the requested size would suit a friendly giant or a fairy, we’ll have a quick chat first.
