Returns are always accepted — no questions asked.

We offer a 14-day return policy for all UK customers. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

For international customers, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be:

• In the same condition you received it

• Returned with the original gift box or packaging supplied

Return postage is at the buyer’s expense, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive your jewellery back and confirm its condition, we will issue your refund immediately to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear in your account within 1–3 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, we will also refund your return postage cost.
