Warranty Coverage
We offer a complimentary 3-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Within this period:
• If a repair is required, we will arrange this free of charge, and we will also cover all postage costs. You will not be charged for anything within this 3-month period.
• If a repair is not possible, a full refund will be issued on the day your item arrives back to us, without delay.

What’s Not Covered
To keep things fair and consistent, our warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by impact (knocks, drops, pressure, or bending)
• General wear and tear through normal use
• Tarnishing (which is natural for silver and some vintage metals)
• Damage caused by another jeweller or third-party repair work
• Lost stones caused by accidental impact
• Loss or theft of the item

Delivery & Packaging Guarantee (UK)
Every UK order is carefully prepared and dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day).
Your parcel will be sent with:
• Full tracking
• Fully insured transit
• Signature required on delivery
Each piece is securely packaged to ensure safe arrival, using discreet outer packaging for additional security.
International Delivery & Packaging Guarantee
For our international customers, we dispatch orders via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed wherever possible.
Depending on the value of your purchase, we may upgrade your parcel to a higher-insured postal service or an alternative courier, ensuring your jewellery is fully protected throughout transit.
This upgrade is always provided at no additional cost to our overseas customers, and you will receive tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can keep an eye on its journey.
Presentation & Documentation
Every order is presented in an elegant, brand-new jewellery box, or the original box where available.
• The original certificate and/or valuation will be included where available
• As many antique and vintage pieces have lost their original paperwork over time, your jewellery will instead be supplied with our Vintage Darling Jewellery Certificate of Authenticity, where applicable
In the Rare Event of Loss or Damage in Transit
If your parcel is confirmed as lost or damaged during transit, we will handle the claim immediately and issue a full refund.
