Returns are always welcome — no questions asked.
United Kingdom
We offer a 14-day return period for UK customers. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
International Orders
For international customers, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
European Union Customers
Customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Withdrawal requests may be submitted through our order cancellation process or by contacting us directly.
Please note that resized, altered, or personalised jewellery may be exempt from cancellation and return rights where permitted by law.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be in the same condition as received
• Be returned with the original gift box or packaging supplied
Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Refunds
Once your jewellery has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
Please allow 1–3 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If an item arrives faulty or you receive the incorrect item, we will also reimburse your reasonable return postage costs.
